communicate. Engage. lead.

2-part executive programme for senior leadership teams.

Viswa and his team provided training in a safe, engaging space. We learnt deeply about strategic communications – Firstly to listen. Secondly to feel. Thirdly to think about risks and opportunities beyond the horizon. Fourthly to reflect on our collective purpose, while acknowledging individual motivations. And finally, to engage and persuade. Our leaders discovered new possibilities for Tote Board and understood how to communicate and lead better as a team.

From my first media training from Viswa 2 decades ago, to the latest programme customised for my team a few months ago, I learn novel and significant lessons from him, not just about communications, but really about leadership.

Mr Tan Choon Shian
Chief Executive
Tote Board

In this day and age, it is increasingly important for organisations to have a clear answer to the existential question of why they exist. An organisation’s purpose and role in society are important not just to set its strategic direction, but also to attract the right talent. Senior leaders must have a clear answer to this question to design and implement policies that achieve the desired outcomes.

Just as a cathedral is built brick by brick, public confidence is built over time on a rock-solid foundation of trust, mutual understanding, and communication. This solid foundation will not just improve the organisation’s reputation but will also allow our organisation to weather any crisis based on the goodwill accumulated over the years.

At the same time, it is not just about engaging more. It is about engaging more effectively. To strengthen trust and build bridges, stakeholder buy-in is crucial. The organisation’s purpose must be closely aligned — and seen as closely aligned — with the needs of key stakeholders. Hence, the importance of strategic communication, reputation management, and the exercise of leadership.

‘Leadership Communication’ comprises two components. For maximum value, participants are required to go through both components:

a. 5 x half-day masterclasses (up to 6 participants)
b. 3 x 1-on-1 coaching sessions per participant
